If you think of people in seemingly impossible and weirdly twisted poses when you think of "Yoga", then you may not have an inkling of what yoga is, just an inkling that's it. Yoga is much more than just those poses. Yoga is all about harmonizing the body with the mind and breath through the means of various breathing techniques, yoga postures (asanas) and meditation.
Yoga works for everyone from people engaged in desk jobs to professional cyclists to runners to people looking for weight loss from housewives to students.
Yoga is effective to prevent and cure several health problems. But each yoga style has certain health benefits.
Whether its’ Pranayama, Dhyaan, Surya Namaskar, Matsya Asana, or anulom vilom etc. Our facility is designed to conduct regular Yoga class for mom and kids in order to keep both Mom & Tiny Tots healthy & fit.

Kid’s Gym

For the first time in the western suburbs a concept of "Kids Gym" has been introduced keeping in mind that there is a need for even kids to remain "Healthy & Fit”. You just cannot stop yourself from eating pizza, burger, ice cream, chocolates, cold drinks and other junk foods – all these are rich in fats and sugar. On top of it cartoon channels and video games has further reduced the possibility of physical activities.
So while they are enjoying watching their daddy go to the gym with a small gym bag on his shoulder, it’s time for your kids not to act but actually enjoy the "Gyming Experience” on their own.
While our specially designed equipments for the kids like "Tread mill, Shoulder Press, Weight Lifting, Air walker etc." help kids to reduce the fat and keep them healthy, the fun involved with it brings them to our centre.
